A real floor plan, drawn to scale, and then a dollhouse you can turn around in your hands. Open at the front, so you can see into every room.
Shop it, room by room
Click the sofa and we will tell you the longest one that fits against that wall. Click a window and you get the rod width and the curtain length. Then we show you where to buy it.
Everything sized from your own plan
This is the part nobody else does. We are not guessing what looks about right -- every one of these comes out of the measurements of your house.
Curtains from your windows
Rod ten inches past the frame on each side, panels to the floor.
Rugs from the room
Front legs on, about eighteen inches of floor showing all round.
A chandelier from the room size
Diameter in inches equals the room length plus the width, in feet.
A sofa from the wall
The longest clear wall, less thirty inches of walkway at each end.
A bed from the room width
King or queen, with thirty inches to walk on either side.
Paint from the wall area
Gallons at 350 square feet each, two coats, rounded up.

The dollhouse is the fun part. Underneath it is a proper measured plan -- walls at their real thickness, doors that swing the right way, rooms that meet the dimensions they claim. When you are ready to talk to an architect, a builder or a draftsperson, you can download it and hand it over.
